1. What is a Chargeback?

A chargeback is a reversal of a prior outbound transfer of funds or the return of money which was previously paid by a member. In result, the money paid to the model for the services she rendered will be transferred back to the member’s account.

2. When does a chargeback may occur?

A chargeback normally occurs whenever there is an account anomaly or a suspicious or fraudulent transaction between the model and the member. Consequently, the bank disputes a transaction in behalf of the card owner and the funds go back the cardholder’s account.

However, chargeback can only happen if the issuing bank of the member has a chargeback policy. The following are some transactions that trigger chargebacks.

- fraudulent/suspicious transactions

- unauthorized charge

- stolen credit/debit cards

- expired card/account

3. What payment methods are affected by a chargeback?

The pay-per-minute calls are not affected by chargeback.

Only direct transactions such as prepays will be affected by the chargeback.

4. Will you be responsible for any chargeback?

We at CamLust assume all responsibility for any chargeback that comes through due to technical issues. Note that CamLust will strongly fight every false chargebacks. Our record against clients that make false claims (avoiding payment for shows that they willingly purchased) is very good – we always win. This is another way in which we stand out from other websites that offer the same services.

We use highly sophisticated anti-fraud tools to help us track and combat fraudulent charges that are likely to result in chargebacks. However if after the investigation, the model has been found to have failed in reciprocating services to the member after being paid in advance, the model will have to refund the latter.

We also reserve the right to terminate your model account, pending investigation, if there are an ordinate number of chargebacks submitted against it.

5. What can I do as a model to help prevent chargebacks?

To help prevent any chargeback, we highly suggest that you contact us immediately about any member that transfers you a large amount of money or that looks fraudulent or suspicious.

We will permanently ban the account of any person, if after investigation we find that he or she is fraudulent, suspicious, or engaged in an illegal transaction. We will also block their personal and public data to prevent them from opening another account in our system.
